China-based Linge will launch two high-quality drum units for use in the Konica Minolta C1060 and C1070 series, replacing the OEMs’ DU105, and DU106, at RemaxWorld Expo in October. Black Image Drum
The company has been committed to the production and development of remanufactured drum units for copiers for more than 20 years, but it’s the first time it has overcome some technical barriers to come up with an aftermarket solution for the Kyocera series drum units.
According to Linge, the new drum units use original virgin empties, Katun OPCs, OEM cleaning blades, and lubricant bars. Through a one-to-one disassembly together with a 100% remanufacturing process, the company claims the drum units can provide OEM-equivalent printing performance.
“Through a series of rigorous testing of page yield, printing color, and printing quality, we have proved the stability of the new drum units which can print up to 30 thousand pages,” a Linge spokesperson said. “Before delivery, we will run printing testing on each product to ensure that each is OK.”
Linge will exhibit at RemaxWorld Expo 2023 in Zhuhai from October 12-14 (Booth Number: 1620 ).
“We will launch two A3 copier drum units for the Kyocera series, namely DK475 and DK8350 drum units, during this year’s RemaxWorld Expo,” added the spokesperson.
Linge management claims it can provide customized services for customers, meeting various demands for specified formulations (spare parts or consumables) or packaging styles. “So far, we have provided customization services for several VIP customers, and they are all happy with our services,” said the spokesperson.
